The initial idea of Nerd Nuts packaging design was to create a line of healthy snacks targeted at young consumers. The line consists of three products: lightly salted almonds, hazelnuts roasted with chilli and roasted unsalted pistachios. Each product design is differentiated by colour: purple (almonds), brown (hazelnuts) and green (pistachios). All design elements (colours, graphics and typography) represents fun and modern essence of the brand Nerd Nuts. Geometric patterns and contrasting colours add youthful and dynamic touch to the packaging design. Playful typography brings out the main benefits of the products. The logotype for Nerd Nuts is composed of the graphic symbol (glasses), brand name and slogan “Bring out your nuts”). Each package weights 120 g – the optimal amount to carry in the bag. Resealable packaging is easy to use and helps to keep the product always fresh. The packaging is not only functional and easy to use but also allows to glance inside the package and evaluate the quality of the products inside.
